Maintaining stability

The literature has shown that frequent physical activity especially resistance training can prevent the rate of muscle atrophy, increase postural stability and decrease the risk of falls. Our exercise program is specifically adapted to be of low impact on the joints, be safe, simple and easily adaptable to different levels of fitness. Like everyone we like having fun. That's why all our exercise sessions are made to be fun, challenging and paced with upbeat music
